The shape and angles of the mount plate have been modified to follow the dropout and left chainstay of Brompton rear frames of all build years and to get the most ideal position on the ground. It can be installed in between the axle nut and the non turn washer with the supplied stainless steel washer on the outside to prevent the axle nut from grinding into the aluminum of the mount plate. Apply some assembly paste or bearing grease on the axle thread to prevent seizing of the threads.
