Eerder metaal Quick release Rohloff gear kit Standard works with the standard G-line tires of 2.1" width and narrower.

The Mk3 version of the chain tensioner now features a (gun metal) black anodised pulley cage (arm). The stainless steel base with the static pulley is still brushed RAW stainless steel.

The Rohloff Standard Mk3 kit consists of:

1. Left and right side stainless steel dropouts with integrated derailleur/tensioner hanger, including steel dropout bolts. Fits the Rohloff OEM or the OEM2 torque arm, the choice is yours depending on the hub you allready own or just your personal preference. I stock both hub versions and one can always change the torque arm from OEM to OEM2 and vice versa. One is not better than the other. The dropouts are laser cut from 304 stainless steel, stones and steel balls tumbled and machined. With steel chain ring / dropout bolts and nuts included to replace the weaker original alumnium ones. 2. Eerder X Rohloff chain tensioner bolted to the derailleur dropout for easy wheel removal, it swivels back just like a rear derailleur for easy wheel removal and installation, great for maintanance and trail side repairs
3. Eerder low profile Front light mount for a SON light, TIG welded from laser cut stainless steel. This light mount is designed to clear the Son light on the original Brompton luggage frame and the Eerder Full metal Frame on both the plastic Brompton luggage block and the Full metal Bracket for G line. It can also be used for Cateye Ampp lights with the Eerder Ampp light adapter. (has to be ordered seperately)
4. 140 to 160 mm Flatmount adapter to make the 160mm 4 bolt Rohloff disc brake rotor fit.
5. Sapim Laser Black spoke set (32 + 2 spare 2.0-1.5-2.0 mm butted) for the original G-line rim and nipples using a single / 1 cross lacing (don't use a 2 cross with this small rim and big hub) . Aks your local wheel builder to build a reliable wheel for you. This way we save on material (no new rim needed) and shipping cost and you will have two matching rims in your G line.
6. 160mm XLC disc rotor set, Centerlock front and a matching design 4 bolt Rohloff rear rotor These dropouts work with the original 140mm disc rotor, but not the Rohloff hub which requires at least a 160mm rotor. To make this bigger rotor fit the G line rear frame a 140 to 160mm Flat Mount adapter is included. The front Flatmount adapter can be put upside down to fit the 160mm Centerlock rotor. Upgrading to 160mm rotors means more stopping power and cooler running rotors. Both rotors have the same design of the braking surface.
7. Longer Sunrace bottom bracket cartridge with aluminium housing and cups for a Rohloff compatible chainline. Note: only threaded Rohloff sprockets of 15 t and bigger makes a 54 mm chainline and the narrow splined carrier (SKU: #8540S) a 55mm chainline. The standard chainline of the G line is around 48.5mm (and the Alfine hub +/- 47.25) With the Sunrace BB you get a 52.5 mm chainline. The best you can get, because adding a spacer on the right causes an issue with the folding. The standard splined carrier (SKU: #8540 default on a Rohloff hub) creates a chainline of 57 mm which is not recommended for the G line because of the misalignment of the chain. (52.5mm up front vs 57mm at the back)
8. Hex key Skewer 146 mm long for the 135mm wide Rohloff hub plus the 5mm thick dropouts. Just the perfect and minimalistic skewer for a Rohloff hub. Not with a quick release handle so you need to carry a 4mm hex key to take the Rohloff wheel out. Also a bit less theft friendly. There's an option in the menu on the right to change to a quick release skewer made by Hope Tech UK in the right length for this hub width - dropouts thickness combination of 145mm .
9. Optional Rohloff Speedhub Disc CC hub (OEM or OEM2, I will match it with your choice of dropouts) including Rohloff twist shifter, cables and shift box and a splined reversible 16t sprocket. Can best be combined with a 50t chain ring or 44t if steep climbs with camp gear is what you're up to (I prefer the versatility of the 44t chainring). You need 108 links on a 50t and you can reuse the original chain if there's not a lot of miles on it. A few hundred is no problem. If in doubt, just try. If it doesn't skip it's fine.
