This is an Eerder metaal product based on the discontinued (but still sought after) Brompton Saddle Forward Adapter Pin. This seatpost adapter brings the saddle forward and if fitted in horoizontal postion allows the smallest folded-bike size - Angled up it raises the saddle 30mm. This adapter is utilised for not just Brompton bikes, but bikes of all types to get the saddle on a different position relative to the handlebar or bottom bracket. It appears to be quite a unique problem solver.
