This clamp can be used as a replacement for the original Brompton clamp with QR on the Brompton telescopic seatpost. It looks great as a match maker for the seatposthugger Model3 and the seatposthugger XS with Hope seat clamp. It has a slightly higher friction than the original QR from Brompton. Keep it lubed and it will last for ages. I know because I have very old ones in use. Oh and you will save some weight: a mindblowing 25 gram! :-)
