Product Details

Note: wide and long grippy pedals are great, but take in mind that the widest pedal in this comparison might not feel as being the widest. It's important to have width near the axle as well, not just at the front and back. So even pedals which are eqully wide and long can still feel quite different. The Allways pedals feel more stable than the Lambda (and the Gamma), because of the support next to the axle end on the Allways pedals. Really wide pedals reduce your ground clearance when cornering and pedal strike becomes more likely.

After having tried them all, Allways are still my favourite pedals, they just tick all the boxes: grippy, comfy, overall good foot support, not dangerously long grip pins which destroy your shoe soles or shins, replaceable grip pins...fairly low weight, triple sealed industrial bearings which can easily be replaced....

On the photos above you can see that the Allways pedals are 10 mm wider than the Brompton folding pedal. That doesn't sound like much, but it really makes a huge difference!
