The Radical Design rack bag is hand made in the Netherlands. It has a capacity of 16 liters. The Cordura fabric is a laminate of two layers of heavy Cordura glued together to make it waterproof . It's just as wear resistant on the outside as on the inside as both layers are the same type of fabric. If it starts leaking it will be at the seams, it's not likely to happen, but if it does leak you can use some Seam Sealer at the point of leakage. Or just use the supplied rain cover untill you get to sealing it.

The rack bag is attached to the rack with a webbing loop around the suspension block and an elastic strap with a buckle around the rear end.
